Where Phoenix plants feel it: the last ten feet of the line

The Valley's manufacturing base keeps growing — food and beverage producers, nutraceutical and supplement makers, plastics and packaging shops, building-products plants, and e-commerce fulfillment operations across Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler and Glendale. Almost all of them share the same quiet bottleneck: a person at the end of the line lifting cases, turning, stacking, and repeating that motion hundreds of times per shift.

That job is the hardest one in the building to keep filled in Phoenix. Summer heat pushes warehouse temperatures up, repetitive lifting drives turnover and sore backs, and every unfilled end-of-line shift caps the output of the entire line in front of it. Cases of up to 44 lb are exactly the loads that wear people out fastest — and exactly the loads a cobot palletizer is built to take over, shift after shift, without slowing down.

What the $1,999/month rental includes

The rental is a complete, working palletizing cell — not a bare robot dropped at your dock. One flat monthly payment covers:

Terms are simple: a 12-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The cobot is designed to work safely alongside your operators on the floor, and plants typically see up to +30% line productivity and up to $5,000/month in labor savings once hand stacking comes off the critical path.

Local service, from Scottsdale to your plant floor

Dorna is an Arizona company — our base is in Scottsdale, inside the Phoenix metro we serve. That matters for a rental: the free line walkthrough happens in person at your plant, installation is scheduled without cross-country freight drama, and when you need support you are dealing with the same local team that set the cell up. We serve plants across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria and the wider Valley. Start with a walkthrough: we look at your case sizes, weights, line speed and floor space, and give you a straight answer on fit before you commit to anything.

Phoenix palletizer rental FAQ

How quickly can Dorna visit our Phoenix-area plant?

Because we are based in Scottsdale, walkthroughs and installations are scheduled locally within the metro — no waiting on an out-of-state crew. Call or request a walkthrough and we will set a time that fits your production schedule.

What case weights and sizes can the cell handle?

The cobot cell handles cases up to 20 kg (44 lb) each, with a robot reach of up to 1,880 mm to cover standard pallet patterns. Bring your heaviest, largest master case to the walkthrough and we will confirm the fit against your exact dimensions.

What does the contract look like?

$1,999/month with $0 upfront, on a 12-month initial term. After that it rolls month-to-month and you can end it with 30 days' notice. Installation, operator training and maintenance are included in the monthly price.

Do we need to fence the cell off?

Not necessarily. The robot is a collaborative model designed to work safely alongside operators. If your safety review prefers guarding, safety guides or a cage can be fitted as options — we will follow your plant's requirements.

Which Valley cities do you serve?

Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear and surrounding metro communities — all from our Scottsdale base. If your plant sits elsewhere in Arizona, ask; we serve the whole state.
