Questions, answered
The short answers about renting, buying and running a palletizing cell.
How much does it cost to rent a palletizer?
$1,999 per month with $0 upfront. Delivery, installation, configuration, operator training, maintenance and support are included.
What is the rental term?
A 12-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No purchase, no loan, and no asset on your books.
What case weights can the robot handle?
Cases up to 20 kg (44 lb). It is a collaborative robot, so it works alongside your operators without a cage or fence.
What can it palletize?
Cases, cartons, bags and trays on food, beverage, pharma and packaging lines.
What if the robot stops?
Maintenance and support are part of the rental. If the cell goes down, we service it.
Can I buy a palletizer instead of renting?
Yes. We supply and commission palletizing cells for purchase. Send us your case size, weight and line speed for a quote.
Can you build a custom cell?
Yes. If your cases, pallet patterns or floor layout are unusual, we design a cell around your line.
Can it handle more than one line or SKU?
Yes. A vision station can identify each case by label color or barcode, and the robot builds a separate pallet for each line or SKU.
Where do you install?
We are based in Arizona and install across Arizona and California. Other U.S. locations are available on request.
What do you need to get started?
Your case dimensions and weight, your line speed in cases per minute, and a photo of the end of your line.
