Palletizer Rental in Dallas–Fort Worth & North Texas

Dallas–Fort Worth is one of the largest inland distribution hubs in the country, and its plants and fulfillment operations run big, fast and multi-shift. Where cases come off a line at a steady rate, the last step — stacking them onto pallets — is still manual in most mid-size operations. Dorna rents a cobot palletizer cell for $1,999/month with $0 upfront, installation, training and maintenance included, and serves DFW plants with in-person installation and start-up.

Mega-sheds, multi-shift lines, and a stacking position nobody wants

From the Alliance corridor in north Fort Worth to Grand Prairie, Arlington, Irving and Mesquite, DFW stacks up food and beverage plants, consumer-goods manufacturing, building-products operations and some of the biggest fulfillment floors in the country. Lines here are built for volume — and volume is exactly what turns hand palletizing into the bottleneck.

A person stacking 30–40 lb cases can hold a line's pace for a while; three shifts of it, seven days a week, is another story. Hiring for that position competes with every warehouse in the metro, and turnover is constant. A cobot palletizer holds the same pace on the third shift as the first, and frees your people for work that actually needs a human.

What the $1,999/month rental includes

One flat monthly payment puts a complete, working palletizing cell on your floor — not a bare robot dropped at your dock:

Terms are straightforward: $1,999/month, $0 upfront, on a 12-month term, with installation, operator training and maintenance inside that one payment. If ownership is the goal, a rent-to-own structure is available — tell us and we will set the agreement up that way from the start. The cell itself is a collaborative robot, built to work safely alongside your people rather than behind a fence; that is the core of cobot palletizer rental, and it keeps the footprint small and the install fast.

How service works for Texas plants

Dorna Automation Solutions is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Dallas–Fort Worth is one of the metros we serve across the USA. In a metro where both floor space and labor are precious, the cell's compact footprint and fixed monthly cost are the point. It starts with a virtual line walkthrough: you share your case dimensions and weights, line rate, photos of the end of your line and the floor space available, and we confirm the fit with your team on a call before anything is signed.

On your confirmation we prepare the cell and ship it — delivery to your site typically takes 3–4 weeks. Our founder attends on site for installation, start-up, operator training, and creating the recipes for your pallet patterns. Your team receives the delivery and provides a pallet jack or forklift to move the cell into place. After hand-over, maintenance stays included for the life of the rental, and you deal with the same team that installed the cell — not a ticket queue.

Dallas–Fort Worth palletizer rental FAQ

Do you actually install in Dallas–Fort Worth, or just ship equipment?

We install, in person. Dorna is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serves Dallas–Fort Worth on the same model as our Arizona customers: the cell is delivered to your plant, set up, taught your pallet patterns, and your operators are trained during the same visit. Delivery to site typically takes 3–4 weeks from confirmation.

How much does cobot palletizer rental cost in Dallas–Fort Worth?

$1,999/month with $0 upfront. Installation, operator training and maintenance are included in that one rate — there is no separate service contract. The term is 12 months, and a rent-to-own structure is available if you prefer to own the cell at the end.

What cases can the cell handle?

Cases up to 20 kg (44 lb) each, with a robot reach of up to 1,880 mm to cover standard pallet patterns. Case sizes can vary between production runs — the cell stores a recipe per product and pallet pattern, and we teach those recipes during installation. Share your master case dimensions and we will confirm the fit before you commit.

What does our plant need to provide?

Very little: a 110 V power supply (15 A maximum), a compressed-air connection, and roughly 3,000 × 3,000 mm of floor space at the end of the line. Your team receives the delivery and provides a pallet jack or forklift to move the cell into place; we handle installation, start-up, training and pattern teaching from there.

Which Dallas–Fort Worth areas and industries do you serve?

Plants across Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Garland, Mesquite, Denton and the Alliance corridor — and anywhere else in Texas on the same model. The fit is any operation stacking uniform cases by hand: food and beverage, consumer goods, building products, packaging and fulfillment. If your plant sits outside the metro, ask — we serve the whole USA.
