Palletizer Rental in the Inland Empire (Riverside–San Bernardino–Ontario)

The Inland Empire is one of the largest logistics and packaging corridors in the USA — warehouses and plants in Ontario, Fontana, Riverside and San Bernardino move enormous case volumes, and at the end of many of those lines, cases still get stacked by hand. Dorna Automation Solutions rents collaborative palletizer cells for $1,999/month with $0 upfront, installation, training and maintenance included, and serves Inland Empire plants with in-person installation and start-up.

Warehouse country, end-of-line cases by hand

The region's industrial base spreads across Ontario, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino and Redlands, with food and beverage distribution, consumer goods, packaging and third-party logistics throughout. High case volumes and seasonal surges push the stacking position hardest.

Inland Empire labor is heavily contested by every warehouse on the corridor, and stacking is the least attractive job in the building. A cobot palletizer takes it over permanently — cases up to 20 kg (44 lb) to your patterns — and turns a recurring hiring problem into a fixed monthly cost.

What the $1,999/month rental includes

One flat monthly payment puts a complete, working palletizing cell on your floor — not a bare robot dropped at your dock:

One flat payment covers the cell, delivery, installation, training and maintenance on a 12-month term — and if you would rather end up owning the equipment, ask about the rent-to-own option when we talk. The robot is a cobot: designed for a high level of safety working alongside operators, so most plants run it without a cage or fence. If you are comparing models, the full breakdown of cobot palletizer rental — advantages, limits and fit — is worth a read before you decide.

How service works for California plants

Dorna Automation Solutions is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Inland Empire is one of the metros we serve across the USA. Installations here follow the same in-person model as our Arizona customers. It starts with a virtual line walkthrough: you share your case dimensions and weights, line rate, photos of the end of your line and the floor space available, and we confirm the fit with your team on a call before anything is signed.

On your confirmation we prepare the cell and ship it — delivery to your site typically takes 3–4 weeks. Our founder attends on site for installation, start-up, operator training, and creating the recipes for your pallet patterns. Your team receives the delivery and provides a pallet jack or forklift to move the cell into place. After hand-over, maintenance stays included for the life of the rental, and you deal with the same team that installed the cell — not a ticket queue.

Inland Empire palletizer rental FAQ

Do you actually install in Inland Empire, or just ship equipment?

We install, in person. Dorna is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serves Inland Empire on the same model as our Arizona customers: the cell is delivered to your plant, set up, taught your pallet patterns, and your operators are trained during the same visit. Delivery to site typically takes 3–4 weeks from confirmation.

How much does cobot palletizer rental cost in Inland Empire?

$1,999/month with $0 upfront. Installation, operator training and maintenance are included in that one rate — there is no separate service contract. The term is 12 months, and a rent-to-own structure is available if you prefer to own the cell at the end.

What cases can the cell handle?

Cases up to 20 kg (44 lb) each, with a robot reach of up to 1,880 mm to cover standard pallet patterns. Case sizes can vary between production runs — the cell stores a recipe per product and pallet pattern, and we teach those recipes during installation. Share your master case dimensions and we will confirm the fit before you commit.

What does our plant need to provide?

Very little: a 110 V power supply (15 A maximum), a compressed-air connection, and roughly 3,000 × 3,000 mm of floor space at the end of the line. Your team receives the delivery and provides a pallet jack or forklift to move the cell into place; we handle installation, start-up, training and pattern teaching from there.

Which Inland Empire areas and industries do you serve?

Plants and warehouses across Ontario, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino and Redlands — and anywhere else in California on the same model. The fit is any operation stacking uniform cases by hand: food and beverage, consumer goods, packaging and distribution. If your plant sits outside the metro, ask — we serve the whole USA.
